Information for Scenic Village Apartment Residents

The management of our community is committed to providing comfort, quality, convenience and safety for all apartment residents. Below are some options regarding the apartments. Please contact the Scenic Village Apartments office if you have additional questions about this information.

• Amenities such as storm doors, shower doors, and shelving can be customized to fit your needs.
   
• You may bring your own appliances, which must be electric; no gas appliances are permitted. Contact the office for the appropriate form, which must be completed in advance.
   

Other Useful Information

• Emergency Phone Number: For maintenance issues, appliance problems, or operational problems, call (585)872-0800. During office hours our property manager will take your call. After office hours, the answering service will answer and notify the maintenance person on call.
  
  NOTICE: In the event of fire or a health emergency, do NOT call the office but dial 911 instead. If you smell gas, leave your apartment immediately and call RGE at 1.800.743.1702 from a cell or a neighbor's phone.
   
• Grilling on Patios/Decks: For insurance reasons, grilling is NOT allowed on patios or balconies. Grilling is allowed 15 feet away from all buildings.
   
• Quiet Time: For the comfort and convenience of all residents, Scenic Village observes quiet time between 10 pm and 8 am. During this time you are asked not to play music, use video or audio equipment, or perform any activities at a volume that can be heard outside your apartment.
  
  We also ask that if you use your deck, balcony or any public spaces during this time to refrain from talking in a loud voice, playing music, or otherwise disturbing the peace.
   
• Parking: Each apartment has a one-car garage and a driveway for the use of the occupants. We also will have additional parking throughout the complex as we continue construction.
   
• Trash Schedule: Trash receptacle are very conveniently located in your garage. Trash is picked up at the resident's curb on Tuesdays.
   
• Mail Delivery: Each apartment has a mailbox located in a mailbox stand near the entrance.
   
• Gardens: Scenic Village provides lovely professional landscaping throughout the complex. You are encouraged to plant and enjoy your own area to accent your home, if you wish.
