A New Neighborhood Shopping Center

Parkside Village is a new shopping center planned for a location between Kittleberger Park and Railroad street in the village of Webster, NY. Preliminary Plans are being reviewed and submitted to the Village Planning Board.

This project has seen great interest from a wide variety of shops and restaurants including a cheese shop, a salon, a bike-repair shop, a small organic grocery store, an upscale diner, and a Mexican restaurant.

Developer Larry Frumusa, who created Scenic Village Apartments and Townhomes, is also planning to add approximately 120 apartments that would be built on the second and third floors above the retail shops. The development was featured in this 11/29/2007 Democrat&Chronicle article.
