Larry Frumusa founded Scenic Village Apartment Homes LLC and Frumusa Enterprises in 2006 with the philosophy that quality building and management depends on satisfying rental and home buyer needs, one by one, across the entire community.

Scenic Village offers apartment homes with attached one-car garages for lease. There are 172 apartment units organized into four units per building, two on the main floor and two on the second floor. We also offer a total of 29 one-level townhomes with attached two-car garages for sale.
